16. Cancelling Your App Subscription & Data Deletion

 

If you would like to cancel your SavviVille App subscription and have any personal data we hold regarding the subscription, please send an email with the subject header USER APP CANCELLATION REQUEST. The email copy should include;

1. The user account email address

2. The username

3. The password used for the account

4. If you have a loyalty scheme registered in the app we will also require the PIN number used to access the loyalty scheme. We do not typically hold more information on users than the above, but we will remove all or any data on request.
